Our dreams often focus on areas of our life that aren't working for us.  As you begin to understand and work with your dreams, you can enter your dreams into the Dream Sight Diary Database under Categories.  End users decide on the categories they want to create.  We have created a few for demonstration purposes, however, you can edit or delete those if you wish.  This tutorial briefly explains how to work with Dream Categories.

 

When you are entering a dream into the database, there is a Field called Category.  If you click on the down arrow you can see what categories are displayed.  We recommend setting each dream record as "None" until you understand the dream.  You can come back and change the category at any time in the future, when you know which Category it belongs to.

 

 

 

Adding A New Category

 

There is a small button to the right of the Category Field.  This opens the Category screen.  

 

 

When you've added a new Category, it will not show up in the Category List until you either:

 

(a)  Click in the Category field and use Refresh (Office 2007 Access users only have access to this feature), or
